Mayor BrohPolice Support Unit (PSU) officers of the Liberia National Police (LNP) Friday, moved in at the Monrovia City Corporation (MCC) to rescue Acting Monrovia City Mayor Mary Broh and her staff when students seeking Christmas jobs broke loose by attempting to force their way into offices of the corporation in obtaining their vacation job forms.

President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf has constituted a steering committee for the pending inauguration. According to a Foreign Ministry release, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Toga Gayewea McIntosh will chair the 2012 Inaugural Steering Committee. He will work with the National Legislative Committees responsible for the Inauguration.
