The Vice Standard Bearer of the opposition National Democratic Coalition (NDC) has rubbished claim that he failed his district as representative. The NDC Vice Standard Bearer, when asked as to what was the exact promise he made to his constituent last year, only described the allegation of his failure in Montserrado District #3 by then as the work of detractors.
