As concerns continue to mount over the cost of parking fees introduced by the Monrovia City Corporation in collaboration with the Liberia Services Corporation Incorporated (LSCI), Montserrado County lawmaker, Edwin Snowe has refused to pay the parking fees of 50.00 Liberian dollars after parking his vehicle in front of the Renaissance Communications Incorporated on Ashmun Street in Monrovia.
