Lonestarcell Sharpens Journalists’ Skills -In Telecommunications

Liberia’s oldest GSM Company, the Lonestar Communications Corporation (LCC) Monday began a three-day training for journalists in Monrovia. The training is being organized in collaboration with HUAWEI Technologies. It aims at sharpening the skills of journalists on the basic concepts in Telecommunications. Participating journalists are drawn from various media institutions in Monrovia, divided into two groups: group I (from 8:30am-1pm) and group II (from 2pm to 5pm).

Suspicious as segments of the Liberian population are becoming over the continuing fumbling with the organic law, the Constitution, now shifting to the Electoral Law, it is gradually creating the impression, false it may seem, of attempts by the "honorable" lawmakers to create a civilian-military situation, the reverse of what had been experienced in the nation over two decades ago.
