The Secretariat of the Independent National Commission on Human Rights (INCHR) has ended activities marking the 61st Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) day. The celebration which was for the first time held out of Monrovia, took place in Zwedru City, Grand Gedeh County, took place on Thursday, December 10, 2009. The program brought together scores of citizens of the South Eastern Region including students, marketers, representatives of other human rights organizations as well as other non-governmental organizations and local authorities of the region. |
