Land dispute is said to be deepening in Worlakor Town Fendell, Louisiana Township, Montserrado County over a 100 acre-land reportedly negotiated by the National Housing Authority (NHA) to construct housing units. One part placing a halt to operation until the NHA can renegotiate, while another party gives the stresses the need for the project to go ahead.
