Funeral services over the remains of the former chairperson of the Public Procurement & Concessions Commission (PPCC) have taken place at the Providence Baptist Church in Monrovia, with President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf describing the late Keith Jubbah as faithful, diligent, committed and a man devoted to the nation, to his institution, to his family and to the Almighty God.
