Even though she was present when they inducted Gary into office, yet, Evelyn Woodsworth could not help but trace his root to know where this exceptionally handsome young man originated from. She needed to know, wanted to know everything about Gary. His past, his present and perhaps his future. In her eyes he wore an expression of a tough, rough and a semi- barbaric dictator. He even appear like a no nonsense man. Still yet, something told her, in no time, the both of them would become a threat to the government. From all Evelyn had gathered, Gary was once a general of the Forest Revolutionary Force who during the war, committed several atrocities and got away with impunity. According to the informer, he most often used his power to molest, intimidate and interrogate helpless women.

He would kill on spot any man who would dare defy his orders. And to prove his superiority, he would rape the victim's wife in front of the speechless crowd just for the fun of it. He had no friends especially out of his domain. This was due to the fact that, Gary was too wicked for the comfort of any one. According to the informer, he was raw, unmannered and brutal to almost every living thing that moved. His past left no mark of excellence that neither he nor anyone could boast of. But what attracted the Minister most to Gary was that, he bore great resemblance to that of her ex-lover. The one and only man she had ever lived to love.

His name was Scape Spancer or rather Scapee. He was a general in the United States Army or so it was during his time. He fought the Vienna war, killed thousands of men, raped hundreds of women and later got himself thrown into the phycatraists home. During his training at the Navy Academy, he was most commonly referred to as 'BONE' because he could not stop smoking a pack of bone cigarette before a day could end. His doctor had warned him on several occasions about the danger of cigarette smoking and how he was at risk of contracting lung cancer, but he paid no attention. He would only mock by saying, "when I die bro, don't you dare forget to throw a cartoon of tobacco in my casket". And that is how he came to be called BONE.

When Scape Spancer was a boy, he was very dangerous and full of mischief. He used to fight his friends and have them thrown in an old closed up well before anyone could discovered. Then he would report to the school's authority what he had done. The authority would immediately expelled Scape from the school, leaving his parents to wonder where next they would send him. Time came and went and still Scapee had not made a change. Then the worst came to being when he attempted raping the daughter of a police officer. All appeal to have Bone set free was to know avail until the victim pleaded with her father. When the case had ended, his parents finally decided to rid Scapee out of their lives by enlisting him into the United States Army. And finally one day, there he was a hundred feet above flying to have himself enlisted into the American Navy. When all formalities were completed, and Scapee was sure he had fitted in, than he decided to put out all he was worth. At first, he associated with none other than those who took drugs or got themselves involved into unwholesome acts.

But the military, as it is known, took no nonsense from wayward boys. The superiors would discipline those who broke the rules of the academy or have them kept in solitary as long as they refused to change. Scapee was no exception of these rules for he quite often became a victim of several crimes and landed in jail. Of course the military suited him quite well because it give to every man discipline, and took out of any man indiscipline. Yet, by the time BONE had adjusted to his military life, he became a pro in almost anything.

Every night he slept with several women and each morning woke up to discover they were gone. Most often they would steal from him valuable items which were not his and by the time he knew it, he was back in jail. He would change women like they were mere materials until his fame of womanizing caught his superior's attention. They would put him for a into solitary with hard labor and denied him access of sleeping with women until his term was over. He was monitored on a daily basis as his entire social life became a siege. When his captain was sure Scapee had regulated his movements, they than released him to rejoin his regiment.

No sooner had he retort to his battalion, when he began womanizing again. This time around, Scapee as he was most flatteringly known did not only find for himself prostitutes, but slept with the wives of top ranking officers. Because of this intolerable act, most of the generals and top officials hated Scape Spancer.

However, who could actually blame him for having such nasty nature? After all, his mother like him was a whore. Besides, womanizing was an adventurous experience for Scapee. Yet, the problem kept getting worse and dangerous as days came and went. There was something special about this Asian American guy. No woman, no matter what her status was, could refuse him. The bitch was handsome. And not only that, he had a posture which drew every woman to his six feet three inches height. His eyes were blue and his hair was jet black with no trace of wound or scar on his body. He was admirable, likable and loveable still many of his colleagues despise him. A man would slap his wife for not blinking her eyes or a woman would verse versa accuse or suspect her husband for having entered the gay world, all because Scape Spancer was incomparably handsome. His extra good looks could not allow any of his comrades compete with him in any way.

Yet, with time, patience, and a change in attitude he faithfully ascended to the rank of captain. Even though there had been lots of undermining, hence, his brilliance and serviceable nature could not deny him excelling to such position. Then one day when the new recruits had assembled to be introduced to their superiors, he sported someone. Someone in no time he would have gotten close to. She was the only black African American in her battalion not because there weren't other women, but because she had worked extremely hard to reach the zenith of career. Her Name was Evelyn Woodsworth. To Be continued
