Chris Brown 75th minutes free kick was enough to see Carlisha FC walking away with a point against Desert Stone FC in a creaking and entertaining encounter in continuation of the Jacob’s Town Paynesville sub-committee 4th division league in the early hour of Saturday afternoon at Jacob’s Town sports pitch to level the score at 1-1.


Captain Kelvin Gorlorpor put Desert Stone ahead from the penalty spot on 36th minutes into the first half match against well organized Carlisha FC, as the first half of played ended in their favor.


After getting some words of motivation form head Coach Weah Diggs, Carlisha FC players came back on the pitch for the second half of the match in momentum as they kept on mounting pressure on the defense of Desert Stone FC until they got the equalizer through their captain and striker Brown to settle the score at 1-1.


Carlisha FC who is currently at the bottom of her group with one point from two matches played, will have to defeat Eleven Obedient Stars FC on June 16, 2012 when the two side meet in their last encounter of the group stages of the competition, if they are to progress to the next stage of the Jacob’s Town-Paynesville sub-committee 4th division league this season.
