UL administration did not mention the number of candidates; but in a press release issued Thursday, the institution says thousands of high school graduates who registered are expected to write the entrance Saturday.
The entrance, according to the release, will be administered at various locations across Liberia. The institution named the locations as Monrovia, Harbel, and Kakata, Margibi County, Voinjama and Zorzor, Lofa County, Ganta, Nimba County, Zwedru, Grand Gedeh County, and Sinje, Grand Cape Mount County.
The UL Entrance and Placement Examination is a pre-requisite for admission to the Liberia’s highest institution of learning.
Successful candidates will enroll during the first semester, which is expected to begin September of this year as releasing of entrance results and other activities at the institution have been effective under the Emmett Dennis administration.
It can be recalled that on the 9th of this month (May), the UL graduated 576 students in various disciplines offered by the institutions.
